Idle Hands needlepoint prints are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or buyer's remorse.
Each design is printed onto needlepoint mesh. Minor variations in print-to-mesh alignment may occur.
Received the wrong item, or something arrived damaged or defective? Contact contact@idlehands.online with your order number and photos so we can review the problem. We will honor any refund, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law.
