Welcome to Idle Hands. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, idlehands.online, and any purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. PRODUCTS

Idle Hands offers printed needlepoint canvases for creative and recreational use.

Unless otherwise specified, our canvases measure 8 × 10 inches and are printed on 13-count needlepoint mesh.

All products are sold unstitched. Thread, needles, frames, and other accessories are not included unless explicitly stated in the product description.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and printing processes.

PRINTED CANVAS DISCLAIMER: Our designs are printed directly onto needlepoint mesh. Minor variations in print positioning, color, and alignment between the artwork and mesh may occur. These are normal characteristics of printed needlepoint canvases and do not, by themselves, constitute product defects.

This disclaimer does not affect rights concerning materially defective or incorrectly described merchandise.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Idle Hands does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds or store credit for:

• Changes of mind or buyer's remorse

• Incorrect product selections

• Personal preferences

• Items no longer wanted or needed

• Minor variations inherent to the printing process

This policy applies to all merchandise, including full-price, promotional, and discounted items.

If your order arrives damaged, materially defective, or incorrect, contact contact@idlehands.online with your order number and photographs where available.

We will review the issue and provide any replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

3. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Idle Hands reserves the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraudulent activity, inventory shortages, payment authorization problems, or material pricing errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the canceled amount will be refunded.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible, except where required by law.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify product prices and promotions at any time. Changes will not affect previously accepted orders.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers. Your payment information is subject to the applicable provider's security and privacy practices.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped using the shipping services available at checkout.

Processing and delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Idle Hands will comply with applicable federal and state shipping regulations, including requirements regarding delayed shipments, cancellations, and refunds.

If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or not delivered, contact us at contact@idlehands.online so we can investigate and provide any legally required remedy.

6. PROMOTIONS AND FREE SHIPPING

Idle Hands may offer promotions, discounts, and special purchasing incentives.

Eligible U.S. orders containing three or more needlepoint canvases qualify for free shipping under our advertised promotion, subject to the eligibility terms and shipping options displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is applied automatically to eligible orders. No promotional code is required.

Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued for future orders without prior notice.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Idle Hands name, original branding, website content, photography owned by Idle Hands, and original creative materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, characters, titles, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights associated with its design.

You may not reproduce or commercially distribute Idle Hands-owned content without authorization, except as permitted by law.

8. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with website operations, access restricted systems without authorization, engage in fraudulent transactions, or misuse customer and business information.
